Registration Form for the Cosmetic Training Workshop. 

There are limited spaces so the earlier you book your space the more your chances of getting a place.

Trainees will be provided with free raw materials for practicals, minimum required classes for each course is 3 classes. 2 classes per day. So one need 1 and half days to complete the class and obtain certificates.

Training dates and venues

Workshop 3: 14th November to 30th November 2011 and will be held at UNIQUE FLAVOURS WEIJA Head office premises,

Workshop 4: 5th to 10th December 2011, will be in  Kumasi  at the Unique flavours & Fragrances  Aseda house conference hall, Adum.
